For a problem with Boltra, the most useful things to include are the phone model, the version of iOS or Android, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If a guide came out wrong, the share link to it saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Boltra account and everything recorded under it from inside the app. If you no longer have the app, email from the address you signed in with and it will be deleted by hand.
